What we treat

Experienced Doctors at Home for Everyday Health Concerns

An experienced specialist doctor is dispatched the moment you call and starts reviewing your case on the way over. Find your concern below, or just send a request and describe it to us. We don't provide dermatology, psychiatry, ENT, orthopaedic surgery, physiotherapy or ICU care.

Health Check-up at Home

Not sure what's wrong, or just due for a check-up? Our doctor comes to your home for a complete health check-up — a proper examination, vitals (blood pressure, pulse, temperature and oxygen level), a review of your history, medicines and reports, and a clear plan for what to do next. Ideal for parents and elders who find clinic visits hard, and for busy families.

  • General health check-up for adults and children
  • Blood pressure, pulse, temperature and oxygen check
  • Review of medicines, old prescriptions and reports
  • Prescription and a clear next-step plan

Fever & High Temperature

A fever that won't break — or one that keeps climbing — is one of the most common reasons families reach out to us, day or night. Your doctor starts reviewing your symptoms the moment you book and examines the patient in person on arrival, checking for the underlying cause rather than just treating the number on the thermometer.

  • Persistent or high-grade fever
  • Fever with chills or body ache
  • Fever that hasn't responded to home remedies
  • Fever in infants, children, or elderly patients

Blood Pressure & Sugar

Blood pressure and blood sugar are two of the most important numbers to keep an eye on, especially for patients managing them long-term. Our doctors check readings at home, review trends against past history, and adjust the treatment plan on the spot — no clinic visit needed for a routine check.

  • Sudden spikes or drops in blood pressure
  • Irregular or high blood sugar readings
  • Routine monitoring for known hypertension or diabetes
  • Treatment plan review and adjustment

Cold, Flu & Seasonal Illness

Seasonal colds and flu rarely need a hospital visit, but they do need proper attention — especially when symptoms linger longer than expected. A doctor examines you at home, rules out anything more serious, and puts together a treatment plan so you can recover without leaving the house.

  • Cold, cough, or sore throat
  • Seasonal flu symptoms
  • Sinus congestion or seasonal allergies
  • Symptoms that have lasted more than a few days

Breathing & Chest Discomfort

Breathlessness or chest discomfort deserves prompt, careful attention — even when it isn't a medical emergency. Our doctor examines your breathing and vitals in person, and will tell you plainly and immediately if your symptoms need emergency care instead of a home visit.

  • Breathlessness on mild exertion
  • Chest tightness or discomfort (non-emergency)
  • Wheezing or persistent cough
  • Known asthma or respiratory condition flare-up

Weakness & Fatigue

Ongoing tiredness or weakness that doesn't improve with rest is often the body signalling something worth checking — dehydration, infection, low blood counts, or a condition that hasn't been diagnosed yet. A doctor examines you at home and helps narrow down the cause.

  • Unexplained or ongoing fatigue
  • Weakness following an illness or infection
  • Dizziness or low energy
  • Fatigue alongside other symptoms

Joint Pain & Backache

Joint pain and backaches are exactly the kind of symptoms people put off treating — the hospital trip alone can be more painful than the symptom itself. Our doctor examines the affected area at home, gives pain relief, and tells you plainly if you need an orthopaedic specialist. We can apply a plaster or cast at home when it's needed, but we don't provide physiotherapy visits.

  • Joint pain, swelling, or stiffness
  • Back pain that hasn't resolved with rest
  • Pain assessment and treatment plan
  • Arthritis flare-ups

Dengue & Typhoid Care

Dengue and typhoid both call for careful monitoring — of fever pattern, hydration, and blood counts — often over several days. Our doctors provide home-based diagnosis and follow-up care, so patients can be monitored closely without repeated hospital trips during a vulnerable recovery period.

  • Suspected dengue or typhoid symptoms
  • High fever with body ache or rash
  • Follow-up monitoring during recovery
  • Hydration and symptom management at home

Childhood Illness & Fever

A sick child is one of the most stressful reasons to need a doctor quickly — and one of the best reasons to avoid a crowded waiting room. Our doctors examine children at home for fevers, infections, and common childhood illnesses, with a calm, careful approach parents can stay present for.

  • Fever or infection in infants and children
  • Vomiting, diarrhoea, or stomach upset
  • Cough, cold, or throat infection
  • General unwellness in a child

Elderly Health Assessment

Routine health assessments for elderly parents are easier to keep up with when a doctor comes to them. Our team checks vitals, reviews ongoing conditions, and assesses mobility and general wellbeing at home — ideal for parents living alone or families coordinating care from a distance.

  • Routine wellness checks for seniors
  • Mobility or fall-related concerns
  • Chronic condition monitoring
  • Care plan review

Post-Operative Recovery

Recovering from surgery at home is easier with a doctor checking in rather than requiring a trip back to the hospital for every follow-up. We assess healing, check for complications, and manage post-operative care so recovery stays on track without unnecessary travel.

  • Wound care and dressing checks
  • Post-surgical follow-up visits
  • Monitoring for infection or complications
  • General recovery support

General Unwellness

Sometimes something just feels off, without a single symptom pointing to an obvious cause. That's exactly the kind of situation a general physician home visit is built for — a full examination, a review of history and symptoms, and a plan for what to do next.

  • Feeling generally unwell without a clear cause
  • Combination of mild symptoms
  • Need for a general check-up
  • Uncertainty about whether a symptom needs attention

Diabetes Management

Diabetes is a condition best managed with continuity — the same doctor tracking readings, adjusting the treatment plan, and catching complications early. Our home visits support both routine diabetes management and urgent concerns like unusually high or low blood sugar.

  • Routine diabetes monitoring and management
  • Blood sugar and care plan review
  • Unusually high or low blood sugar readings
  • Diabetes-related complications

Emergency First Response

For urgent-but-not-life-threatening situations, a doctor can often reach you faster than a hospital visit would take — assessing the situation, stabilising what can be managed at home, and telling you plainly if a hospital is genuinely needed. For life-threatening emergencies, always call an ambulance or go to the nearest ER immediately. We don't provide ICU setup or critical care at home.

  • Sudden, urgent symptoms that aren't life-threatening
  • Injuries needing prompt assessment
  • Situations where you're unsure if the ER is necessary
  • Immediate stabilisation before further care

Emergency Suturing & Dressing

A cut, a deep graze or a wound that won't stop bleeding doesn't always need a hospital queue. Our doctor cleans and assesses the wound at home, stitches it when needed, applies a proper dressing and gives you clear aftercare instructions — and tells you plainly if the injury needs an X-ray or hospital care instead.

  • Cuts and lacerations that need stitches
  • Wound cleaning and first-aid dressing
  • Routine dressing changes and suture care
  • Tetanus and infection advice

Ortho Plaster & Cast

For sprains, minor fractures and injuries that need support, our doctor can apply an orthopaedic plaster, splint or cast at home and explain how to care for it. If the injury needs an X-ray, surgery or a specialist, we tell you right away and help you with the next step.

  • Plaster / cast application for minor fractures
  • Splints and slabs for sprains and injuries
  • Cast checks and care advice
  • Guidance on when X-ray or hospital care is needed

Not sure which one fits? Just ask.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

What if my symptoms don't fit neatly into one of these categories?

That's fine — send us a booking request and describe what's going on. An experienced doctor will assess it and tell you plainly if you need a specialist or a hospital instead.

Is a home-visit doctor as reliable as a hospital or ER for urgent symptoms?

For most urgent-but-not-emergency symptoms — high fever, infections, breathing difficulty, sudden pain, stomach illness — a home visit from our doctor gives you the same diagnostic accuracy without an ER wait. For symptoms of a life-threatening emergency (chest pain with breathlessness, major trauma, loss of consciousness), please call an ambulance or go to the nearest ER immediately; our team can advise you on this as soon as you contact us.

Can I book on behalf of a parent I’m not currently with?

Yes. You can send us a booking request, describe the situation, and book the visit even if you're not at the same location as your parent — the doctor will examine them in person and share the diagnosis and plan with you directly.

Do you provide specialist visits like dermatology, psychiatry or ENT?

Not those specialties. Our home visits are by experienced specialist doctors for everyday illness, chronic conditions like BP and sugar, elderly care and post-surgery checks. We don't provide dermatology, psychiatry, ENT, orthopaedic surgery, physiotherapy or ICU/critical care at home — but we do handle emergency suturing, dressings and plaster/cast application. If you need one of these, our doctor will tell you and point you to the right place.

How much does a doctor home visit cost in Delhi NCR?

Your visit has a fixed visiting charge, shown at the top of the page,. Any extra tests or treatment are explained and quoted upfront — there are no hidden charges.
